Amazing quality of work was sent of and within a few days done and returned and excess ashes was returned in a superbly packaged box to sure no breakages have told family and they are looking to get some done for them self’s amazing work can’t say anything better than super
The ring stand and paperweight together with the Polar Bears I had made are a beautiful way to remember my husband. Amazing craftsmanship and Stuart is a joy to work with.
An amazing experience with a truly knowledgeable and passionate craftsman. Stuart tailored the experience to allow my daughter to blow a dome for her GCSE project and the outcome was amazing. It is something she will remember for the rest of her life.

Just a beautiful candle holder - colours are stunning (I ordered royal blue and gold) and having bought clear-based tea lights it really glows when the candle is lit. Such a lovely and unique memorial for my Mum & Dad, every part of the ordering process was handled with great care and consideration and the finished article sent out really quickly. I am just delighted.
I am so pleased with my paperweight. It is beautifully made. It almost looks like the ashes sparkle in the glass. 10/10
My problem is the customer service. I had a DPD tracking msg to say it was being delivered on the 6th. It didn’t arrived and the tracking said ‘delayed’. It was still delayed the next day so I call to see if I could get any help. I was not impressed. I expressed that I was nervous and worried these were precious ashes. The man that spoke to me showed no compassion or care, he looked on his system and agreed it was delayed, he called to someone else in the room who said “DPD were rubbish” he also said that DPD hadn’t collected their parcels in two days. None of this I cared about. All I wanted was reassurance it would arrive. I was given no feedback as to what to do so I said I would give it couple of days and call back if it didn’t arrive.
Luckily it arrived the following day.
It doesn’t cost anything to give someone a bit of compassion. I dread to think what they would have said and done if it had gone missing.

Stuart has been wonderful throughout this process. I was a little nervous about sending some of mums Ashes but Stuart was very reassuring. He responded quickly to all correspondence and welcomed input from me about how I wanted it to look. The candle holder is truly beautiful - and we will treasure it always. We had this fish made out of my Brother in law's ashes, which had previously been in an old prescription bottle. While that may have been kind of appropo, this is much more beautiful and display worthy!
